About Dr. Kellen Glinder

Silicon Valley pediatrician, long standing member of the Screen Actors Guild, health innovation advocate, husband, father, and tireless optimist. Dr. Glinder is active in building tools for use in our electronic medical record. In addition to general pediatrics he has special interests in asthma and allergies and is active in both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology. As a Wilderness Medicine Society member he enjoys figuring out how to get kids outside often and with smiles. Dr. Glinder trained as an improvisational actor and has taught classes in Medical Improv and the art of communication including a course at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. He is emeritus Chair of his department at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University.

At Inside Child we are trying to answer the call for better access to Dr. Glinder's perspectives on health topics.  After so many patients suggested we start posting, we have collected content here to support the community of Dr. Glinder's patients.  Of course, the perspectives are open to all.  It does take a village...
